-Right click on the downloaded Wallpaper.Engine.v2.6.21.zip file and say winrar\extract to folder.
-Enter the folder that comes when the process is complete.
-Run the Installer.exe in the folder for 1 time. Once done, you can run the program from wallpaper64.exe.
